Part II: Insurance & Policies (You must read and sign the following statement to be registered.)

I state that I am authorized to sign on behalf of my organization. I further state: 1) that if my organization has a vehicle or other equipment in the 2008 Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride March, my organization will ensure that sufficient liability insurance will cover the vehicle for the day of The March; 2) my organization understands that it shall be liable for any damage or injury resulting from the action or negligence of my organization, its member or any persons participating in its contingent; 3) that on behalf of my organization and its members, I agree to indemnify and hold Heritage of Pride, Inc., its members, officers, agents and associated personnel harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of any and all acts or omissions of my organization, its members and any persons participating in its contingent, including attorneys' fees and other legal costs.

Part III: Vehicles/Floats and Registration Fees

All vehicles and floats in The March must be registered with Heritage of Pride, Inc. and each requires the fee specified below except for decorated vehicles serving exclusively for transportation seniors or people with disabilities (excluding floats). No more than TWO vehicles and no more than ONE float may be registered per group. Max. dimensions of Floats including tow: 35 Feet Long X 16 Feet Wide X 14 Feet High. Vehicle/Float Registration ends June 1, 2008.

FLOATS & VEHICLES

EVERY vehicle, including support vehicles and vehicles for seniors or people with disabilities MUST BE DECORATED in order to enter the Formation Area on the day of the March. There is no fee for vehicles for seniors and those with disabilities.
